Guidelines for incoming Erasmus staff/teaching mobility

Each year, we extend a warm welcome to academic staff members from other universities who visit and participate in teaching and research stages at our institution.

Participating in the Erasmus+ staff mobility programme offers excellent opportunities to share innovative teaching methods and to exchange good practices, also it contributes to the professional development of academics.

If you are interested in visiting UTFA, please contact the International Relations office at, specifying the department you are interested in visiting and the planned period of your stay. Please mind, that in our academic calendar May is usually a busy period, please consider other options for your visit.

Adult Education Center (EDUcenter) – 1016 Budapest, Mészáros utca 48.

Teaching mobilities are based on our inter-institutional agreements, you may wish to check with your Erasmus office if the agreement is active during the planned visit.

Visiting academic staff would be responsible for their own accommodation and would claim Erasmus+ funding from their home institution.
